For the XtraMaker M1 / M1 Pro crowdfunding deposit campaign, users only need to pay a $50 reservation deposit to unlock exclusive access to the Kickstarter Secret Perk offer. The entire process is transparent, refundable, and requires no cashback waiting period. Please review the full campaign details and participation process below. 1. Campaign Overview

Before the official Kickstarter launch, users can pay a $50 reservation deposit to become an early XtraMaker supporter and receive a unique Secret Perk purchase link. Once the crowdfunding campaign goes live, users who place an order through this exclusive link will instantly receive a $200 discount along with three additional exclusive benefits.

  • The deposit campaign will officially close once the Kickstarter campaign launches. No new deposit reservations will be accepted afterward.

  • There is no participation limit. However, the campaign follows a “One Email, One Link” policy — each email address can only receive one exclusive purchase link.

  • Deposit refund rules are detailed in Section 5 of this policy.

 

 

2. Exclusive Benefits

2.1 Exclusive $200 Instant Discount

Users who place a deposit will receive a Secret Perk purchase link sent to their deposit email address within 1 hour after the Kickstarter campaign launches.

By placing an order through this exclusive link, users will receive an instant $200 discount on top of the Kickstarter crowdfunding price. The discount is automatically applied at checkout with no cashback process required.

  • The exclusive link is only valid for the original deposit email address. Forwarding or sharing the link will not work.

  • Each exclusive link can only be used once and is limited to one M1 or M1 Pro purchase.

  • Orders placed without using the exclusive link will not qualify for the $200 discount. Deposit handling will follow the rules outlined in Section 5.

 

2.2 Free CMYKWW Full Ink Set

Eligible users will receive a complimentary XtraMaker CMYKWW Full Ink Set, including six 500ml bottles of ink:

  • CMYK standard color inks

  • 2 high-opacity white inks

Additional notes:

  • The ink set will be shipped separately from the printer. Shipping timing will be announced through Kickstarter project updates.

  • If the gift arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items, users may contact customer support for a free replacement.

  • Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred.

 

2.3 Priority First-Batch Shipping for Domestic Orders

Users who complete their order through the exclusive Secret Perk link will automatically be placed in the first shipping priority group within their country or region.

  • Priority shipping only applies within the same country or region. Global shipping orders between countries will still depend on international logistics arrangements.

  • If the shipping country is changed before shipment, users may retain first-batch shipping priority for the new country after covering any shipping cost difference.

  • If the remaining balance is not fully paid before shipment, all deposit benefits — including priority shipping — will be automatically canceled.

 

2.4 Priority Eligibility for the Beta Tester Program

All deposit users will receive priority review access for the first recruitment round of the XtraMaker Beta Tester Program. Selected participants may receive free prototype testing opportunities and additional exclusive rewards.

  • The Beta Tester application program will open in three rounds. Please refer to official announcements for application deadlines.

  • Priority review eligibility is only available to users who have paid the deposit. Non-deposit users will follow the standard application process.

 

 

3. Eligibility Rules

  • The deposit email address serves as the sole identity verification method. Exclusive purchase links will only be sent to this email address.

  • If users need to change their email address, they may contact customer support for manual assistance. Each deposit can only be linked to one email address.

  • Third-party payments are allowed. Eligibility is determined solely by the deposit email address, regardless of who made the payment.

  • Multiple participations are allowed as long as the email address, recipient name, and shipping address are all different. Each successful participation will receive an independent exclusive purchase link.

 

 

4. Participation Process

Step 1: Pay the $50 deposit and provide a valid email address for receiving the exclusive purchase link.

Step 2: Register your Kickstarter account using the same email address used for the deposit. This step is extremely important.

 

Step 3: Within 24 hours after the Kickstarter campaign launches, check your email for the exclusive purchase link.

Step 4: Use the link to enter Kickstarter, select your M1 or M1 Pro model, and complete full payment.

Step 5: Your order will automatically enter the first shipping priority group. After the crowdfunding campaign ends, complete the shipping survey and wait for delivery.

5. Deposit Refund Policy

The $50 deposit is fully refundable with no handling fees, service charges, or deductions, except in the special situations listed below.

5.1 Before the Kickstarter Campaign Launches

Users may request a refund at any time before launch. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

5.2 During the Kickstarter Campaign

Users Who Did Not Place an Order Through the Exclusive Link: The $50 deposit will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after the Kickstarter campaign ends. No manual request is required.

Users Who Request a Refund After Completing an Order Through the Exclusive Link: This will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of all deposit benefits, and the $50 deposit will not be refunded.

 

5.3 After the Kickstarter Campaign Ends

Returns Due to Product Quality Issues

Users are eligible for a full refund, including:
  • Full Kickstarter order payment
  • $50 reservation deposit

Returns for Non-Quality-Related Reasons

For cases such as personal reasons, accidental purchases, or change of mind:
  • The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

 

All refund requests must be submitted through official customer support channels and will be processed after review and verification.

6. Disclaimer

  • XtraMaker is not responsible for additional compensation caused by shipping delays resulting from logistics, customs, force majeure events, natural disasters, policy changes, or international circumstances.
  • If users fail to receive the exclusive link due to email settings, spam filters, or similar issues, they may contact customer support for assistance. XtraMaker is not responsible for benefit losses caused by such situations.
  • XtraMaker reserves the final right of interpretation for this campaign. Any future adjustments will be announced in advance through official channels.
